What return structures do you offer?
We structure engagements in two main ways. As a technical execution partner, you own the asset and we deliver the project on a fixed-fee or percentage basis. As an equity partner, we pool capital with you in a deal-specific entity and share returns based on agreed terms. Specific structures are documented in writing for each project.
How often will I receive updates on my investment?
Monthly written reports as a baseline, with weekly progress updates during active construction phases. Reports include schedule status, budget vs. actual, photos from site, and any decisions awaiting your input. You always know where your investment stands.
