How quickly will I hear back?
Same business day for inquiries received before 4pm Calgary time, next business day otherwise. The first response will be from Segun or one of our project leads — not an auto-reply, not a sales template. We treat every inquiry as the start of a possible long relationship.
Is the discovery consultation really free?
Yes. 30 to 60 minutes, no cost, no obligation, no pressure to commit at the end. If we’re not the right fit for your project — wrong scale, wrong location, wrong timing — we’ll tell you that and, where we can, point you toward a builder who might be. The conversation is useful either way.
How early should I be reaching out?
The earlier the better — even if you’re 12 months away from breaking ground. Custom homes in Calgary typically take 18 to 24 months from first conversation to move-in, and the most useful conversations happen before you’ve locked in a lot, a plan, or a budget. Reaching out early costs you nothing and gives us time to do the work properly.
